Just like skin, hair reflects the state of health of our body; and just like skin, it is subject to ageing and stress. In normal conditions, the scales that make up the cuticle, the external part that protects the hair, adhere perfectly to one another and reflect the light, making the hair shiny. If the cells of the cuticle are raised, for example by aggressive cosmetic treatments, or as a result of heat or the sun,the cuticle no longer reflects the light evenly, and the hair becomes dull and dry to the touch. When the cuticle is attacked and the cortex becomes brittle, this causes split ends, making the hair fragile and subject to breaking. There are many factors that can alter the health of the hair: genetic, environmental and hormonal, as well as stress and a disorderly lifestyle. However, these imbalances are mainly caused by the use and abuse, day after day, of unsuitable, aggressive cosmetic products.

Characteristic active ingredients

Socrisoft-olive: non-ionic surfactant derived from olive oil, with a silky consistency and excellent soothing properties; offers an effective, in-depth washing action and provides PCA, an important moisturising factor. The soft, creamy foam is pleasant and safe on the scalp, and does not cause irritation.

Camellia Japonica (Tsubaki): one of the finest known species of Camellia, also called the "Japan rose"; an oil rich in unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids is obtained from the seeds. Its excellent antioxidant properties make it a superb beauty ally for hair, with a disentangling effect that leaves it smooth and shiny. Protects the hair from pollution and UV rays; nourishes the lengths in depth and combats itching and irritation of the scalp.

Panthenol: performs a soothing and repairing action, penetrating deep into the fibre of the hair to strengthen it and leave it soft and shiny.

Use

Spread over wet hair, massaging the scalp gently but deeply; leave to go to work for a few seconds before rinsing with warm water. Repeat only if necessary.
